Sustainability at Chef Works
Explore our commitment, recovery programs, and progress toward a more responsible future.

Our Story
At Chef Works, sustainability did not begin with a trend, a marketing campaign, or a single collection. It began with a question:
How can we better serve the people who serve others while reducing our impact on the planet?
For decades, Chef Works has designed culinary apparel for chefs, hospitality professionals, healthcare teams, and foodservice operations around the world. As our company grew, so did our responsibility to think beyond the garment itself. We recognized that sustainability is not defined by one product or one initiative. It is shaped by thousands of decisions across design, sourcing, logistics, packaging, operations, and ultimately, end of life.
Our story is still being written.
Today, Chef Works continues evolving through sustainable materials, recycled fibers, operational improvements, lower impact shipping strategies, and circular recovery initiatives designed to help keep textiles out of landfills. We believe the future of hospitality apparel must balance performance, durability, innovation, and responsibility.
This journey is not about perfection. It is about progress, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through collaboration with employees, suppliers, customers, recovery partners, and sustainability organizations around the globe, we are building a more thoughtful future for culinary apparel. One decision, one garment, and one step at a time.
Because sustainability is not a destination.
It is part of how we move forward.
Small Actions. Big Impact.
